Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 9.00 in the Dining room.
The sun streams into this room in the morning for a cheerful start to the day.
Our dining room has a traditional feel in keeping with the Victorian House built in 1860 with high ceilings, ornate frieze and picture rail.
We understand that 'Gainsboro' was originally built as a boarding house as part of the Cockington estate.
The dining room is at the front of the house overlooking our patio and garden with views to the fields opposite and towards Torre Abbey.
On display in the dining room we have some original watercolour art from a Local Painter, and some framed photographs of our area by a Devon Photographer for you to view. You are also welcome to make a purchase should something catch your eye!
