From the M5 :
- Exit at Junction 31 continue forward onto the A38.
- Keep in left hand lanes then branch left, merge onto the A380 and continue to Torquay.
- At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit onto A3022.
- At traffic lights by Torre Railway Station bear right onto the A3022 (signposted Brixham, Paignton).
- When you reach the traffic lights at the seafront turn right.
- Stay in the right hand lane and turn right at the next lights.
- Pass Torquay Railway Station on your left then bear left onto Rathmore Road.
- We are located about half way down the road on the left
